We deliver to the whole world. If your country is not available in the list of locations, please contact us.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the status of the order, the delivery country and shipping method selected. The average time varies from 2 to 10 days. If out of stock of a provisional articles of your order, we perform a partial shipment of your order, the additional delivery costs remain at our expense.
Where is my order?
To track the status of your order go to "My Account" and then in "My Orders" and "Order History". You can view your orders and status of your ongoing order. "Pending" means that the command is being validated, "Processing" payment has been received and that the order is being prepared. "Shipped" means that the order is being delivered and "Partial Shipping" part of the command is sent.
How to track my package?
You can track the shipment of your package in "My Account", "My Orders" and "Order History". When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information corresponding to the chosen method of delivery and that allow you to monitor in real time the delivery of your order.
I wish to deliver me outside my home
In "My Account", "My Address Book", you can enter up to 5 different addresses you can choose your sandstones during the validation control.
My order arrived incomplete. When will I get the rest?
Your order will be put on hold as the replenishment cycle of the product. If the time is too late or reassortment that the product is no longer available from the manufacturer, we conduct an exchange of your choice, or we offer a credit or refund.
There is a mistake in my order: I received a different product than ordered.
You must return items shipped by mistake. Return costs will be paid by us, redeemed or proposed as have. Upon receipt of your package, we will ship your ordered items.
If I am not present at delivery?
Our shipments are made by Colissimo. If you are absent, a calling card will be left and you can just pick up your package at your local post office.
My package is pending but I have no such note.
You can go collect your parcel at your post office quoting your ID and number of your package (available at your tracking order).
My package was returned to you because the unit could not betray me.
Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email so you can confirm your address.
I have not received my order marked as Shipped.
If you have not received your order noted as Sent, past the normal delivery time, please contact us so that we can open a case with the carrier.
RETURN
I want you back one or more products with a manufacturing defect
You can return one or more items within 21 days of receipt of the package with the only condition that the article has a manufacturing defect. We don't accept any returns for other reasons than one. To better manage product returns , we ask you to inform us beforehand by email. Upon his return , we will be your choice for an exchange or credit.
