Shipping

• Delivery

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. The salaries of orders are processed upon receipt of your payment, within the limits of available stocks. An email is sent to you at the time of shipment of your order. You can then track the status of your shipment online "My Account" under "Order History".

• Incomplete or delayed delivery

If your order is not delivered on time or if the products are missing, contact us by email at info@tissusetcouture.com. We will advise you if the expedition was successful or if the products are temporarily out of stock.

• Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can return it unused in its original packaging within 14 days. Return expenses are your responsibility

If you receive a defective or damaged in transit, you are required to report damage to the carrier on the delivery, upon receipt of the product. Then return the package by informing us by email at info@tissusetcouture.com. We will exchange you when the article from its receipt. The return postage will be refunded to you.
